State Average Gas Price Increases Slightly

The state average price of nearly $2.53 ($2.52.5) for a gallon of regular gas is up by just over three cents (.03.5) in the past week, which is 11 cents higher than last year.

The state low and high ranged from $2.03 and $2.99, while the national average was $2.53.

Northeast Lower Michigan saw some price jumps which rolled back slightly by Sunday. As of this (Monday) morning, prices included Oscoda at $2.41... Tawas at $2.44... Gaylord at $2.47... Alpena $2.49... Grayling $2.53... while Rogers City and Cheboygan were $2.65.
