Wednesday State Sports Summary Wed, 09 Jan 2013 13:03:15 EST including former Tigers Jack Morris and Alan Trammell, received the required 75-percent of votes for election. Morris received 67.7 percent, while Trammell [ BEE-jee-oh ] was the closest with 68-percent of the vote. First-time eligibles Roger Clemens, Barry Bonds and Sammy Sosa fell short as well. Clemens got 37.6-percent, Bonds 36.2-percent and Sosa just 12.5-percent. |
