Former Red Wing Bob Probert Dead At 45 Tue, 06 Jul 2010 3:18:18 EDT
Former Detroit Red Wing, Bob Probert Died Yesterday (Monday) After
Collapsing On A Boat In Lake St. Clair.
45-Year-Old Probert Collapsed Around Two P-M, Emergency Crews Performed
Cpr On Probert. He Was Transported To Windsor Regional Hospital Where He
Later Died.
Family Member Say Probert Developed "Severe Chest Pains" Just Before
Collapsing.
Probert Played For The Red Wings In 1985-1994 And For The Chicago
Blackhawks In 1995-2002. In His 1987-88 Season With The Wings, Probert
Scored 29 Goals And Had 21-Points In The Playoffs That Spring, The Wings Went To The
Western Conference Finals, Where They Lost To Edmonton.
