Alpena High School golfer Courtney Nunneley shot a two day total of 183 at the state golf championships. She finised in the top half of 108 competitors, top 10 of at large players, and the lowest score of all golfers participating from the Big North Confrence.

The Atlanta volleyball team will host the inaugural Co-ed Volleyball Extravaganza 6:00 October 25th at the Atlanta elementary gym. The event is open to the public to participate. For more information, call the school office (785-4785).
