     A New Study From The University Of Michigan Says That More Than 30
Percent Of 19 Year Olds In The United States In 2010 Did Not Have A Driver's
License.
     The U Of M's Transportation Institute Says The 30-And One-Half Percent
Figure Is The Highest Percentage Ever, And Is Up Significantly From The 24
And A Half Percent Recorded In 2008.
     As Recent As 1983, The Figure Was Below 13 Percent.

And Danielle Greenway, Dismembering Their Corpses With A Circular Saw And
Tossing Their Remains Into The Detroit River.
     The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office Says The Suspect Had Been Staying
With The Victims As A Houseguest.

     The Number Of Cases Of Pertussis, Also Known As Whooping Cough, Are Up
Across The Country, And Officials Are Tracking The Disease In Michigan As
Well.
     The Lansing-Based Gongwer News Service Reports That Figures From The
Michigan Department Of Community Health Show There's Been 345 Cases Reported
In The State So Far This Year.
     During The Past Four Weeks, An Average Of 24 New Cases Have Been
Reported Per Week, According To The Report.
     The U-S Centers For Disease Control Reports That The Nation Is Now On
Track To Have More Cases Reported This Year, Than In The Last 50 Years.
     However, At 345 Cases So Far This Year, Michigan Has A Ways To Go To
Exceed The More Than 15-Hundred Cases Reported In 2010, As Well As 2009,
When There Were 900 Cases Reported.

     Unless Four Of The Gop Candidates Seeking To Fill The Remaining Term Of
Former Congressman Thaddeus Mccotter Drop Out Of The Race By This Afternoon
(Monday), Wayne And Oakland County Communities In The 11th Congressional
District Will Be Forced To Hold A Special Primary Election Which Will Cost
650-Thousand Dollars.
     Thus Far, Five Republicans And One Democrat Have Filed Petition
Signatures To Run September 5th To Fill The Unexpired Term.
     The Special Election Is The Result Of Mccotter Resigning His Seat Amid
A Petition Signature Scandal Which Kept The Incumbent Off The November
Ballot.
     The Winners Of The Special Primary Will Face Off In A Special November
Election To Fill Mccotter's Position Until January 2013. The Winner Of The
Regular General Election On That Same Day Will Serve Two Years In

That Took Place Early Sunday Morning.
     Police Say The Bodies Were Found Lying At A Dead-End.
     The Two Men Found Had Several Gunshot Wounds, And Were Pronounced Dead
At The Scene.
     Police Say The Pair Is From Westland.

     The Genesee County Sheriff's Department Says Two People Were Injured
When An Ultra Light Airplane Crashed Into A Home In Atlas Township Saturday
Afternoon.
     The Owner Of The Home Says The Male Pilot Walked Away From The Crash,
But A Young Girl Was Trapped In The Two-Seater Plane For Nearly 30 Minutes
Before Rescuers Could Get Her Out. She Was Then Transported To A Local
Hospital.

     Detroit Lions Cornerback Aaron Berry Was Arrested For The Second Time
In A Month Over The Weekend And Charged With Three Counts Of Simple Assault.
     Berry Was Arrested Saturday In Harrisburg, Pennsylvania For Allegedly
Brandishing A Firearm.     
     Profootballtalk.Com Reports That Berry Was Arrested After He Pointed A
Gun At A Group Of People From Inside A Car.
     Berry Was Arrested Last Month On Driving Under The Influence Of Alcohol
And Other Charges After Witnesses Said His Bmw Hit Two Parked Cars.
     This Is The Seventh Arrest Of A Lions Player In Seven Months.

     So Far, Falcon Has Created Eight New Jobs, But Steimer Says They Have
