Michigan and 45 other states are expanding a massive lawsuit charging drug manufacturers with a conspiracy to fix prices on over a dozen generic drugs.

State officials say the suit has been expanded to include 18 defendants, and now includes some drug company officials. In addition to antibiotics, the drugs are used to treat a wide variety of ailments from diabetes, to high blood pressure, brain bleeding epilepsy and glaucoma.
