Alpena Sheriff Deputies say the S.T.O.P L.O.C.K. community watch group in Sanborn Township provided information that recently resulted in the arrest of an individual.

Deputy Michael Lash from the Alpena County Sheriff’s Office explained that information on a stolen four wheeler was obtained through the lead. That in turn led to the recovery of the stolen four wheeler and identification of a suspect. Information was relayed to Deputy Lash, who then informed State Police who were investigating the case.

Lash says "The S.T.O.P. L.O.C.K community watch is continuing to be the eyes and ears for law enforcement in the Sanborn Township and Ossineke area."
