Celebration of New Community Space in Rogers City
Thu, 05 Oct 2017 15:54:40 EDT
There will be a celebration Saturday (October 7th) at 2 p.m. of the brand new community space at the intersection of Third and Erie streets at the hub of Rogers City’s downtown.

The space, made possible through a $50,000 grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and more than $60,000 in local donations, celebrates the City’s nautical heritage.

Attendees will be able to listen to music and learn about the project itself, and the nautical artifacts that are the focal point of the re-envisioned intersection, to be unveiled as part of the celebration.

Though limited seating will be available, feel free to bring your own chairs.
