Developing Framework of ESD Superintendent Contract Continues Fri, 09 May 2008 10:32:33 The Alpena, Montmorency, Alcona Educational Service District (AMA-ESD) board and committee continues to develop a contract for the district superintendent. Meeting at Sprinkler Lake Thursday, A committee that had been assigned the task of developing potential goals and language reported on the status of it's effort to date. As Superintendent Brian Wilmot received a superior rating in a recent evaluation, and met goals directed by the board, a question is if new goals should be included within the 3 year contract that pays an annual salary of around 1 hundred 26 thousand. Meeting desired goals would bring additional pay. The committee collected more input from board members and will meet on the 15th to discuss the contract framework. Eventually, it will finalize additional language and eventually issue a recommendation to the full board for consideration. |
