Bomb Threat Update Thu, 08 May 2008 15:39:53 Investigation into a recent bomb threat at Alpena High School Continues. City of Alpena Deputy Police Chief Kim Miller indicated the report will be handed over to the Alpena County Prosecutor's Office tomorrow (Friday) for review. The investigation stems from a written threat was found on a bathroom wall at the High School earlier this month... resulting in dismissed classes and a sweep of the building. Alpena Public Schools and Alpena City Police report "progress" in the investigation. Liaison Officer for A-H-S Chet Spencer, saying "the school's new security cameras helped." No further details are being released at this time. |
