HUNT Arrests Seven During Month Of April Thu, 01 May 2008 3:14:24 From age 18 to 38... The Huron Undercover Narcotics Team made a number of arrests in April. Among the arrests, was a 19 year-old Alpena man that HUNT assisted State Police in locating, as local Police were investigating a situation involving possession of a firearm and threats associated with an Alpena High School scheduled event. Upon request for assistance, HUNT arrested the man in southern Alpena County while en-route to the Mio area, after learning the subject was fleeing the area. The individual was conveyed to State Police shortly after his apprehension. A 22 year-old female and 24 year old male were arrested and lodged in the Alcona County jail on marijuana-related charges and maintaining a drug house. A 38 year-old female and 37-year old male were arrested following an investigation in Mikado... and were charged with Delivery of Cocaine. They were lodged in the Alcona County Jail. As well, Hunt arrested A 24 year-old male, who is labeled a repeat drug offender, during a series of narcotic related investigations in Alpena Township. The individual was charged on one count each of Delivery of Marijuana and Morphine, and lodged in the Alpena County Jail, pending formal arraignment and bond. He was also on probation on un-related offenses, and arrested on six outstanding warrants held locally. And, an 18 year-old female was arrested by HUNT on a charge of one count Possession of Morphine. She was lodged at the Alpena County Jail, pending formal arraignment and bond. |
