     An Allegan County Man Has Been Arrested In Northern Michigan For
Forging A Timber Contract To Collect 200-Thousand Dollars.

     28-Year Old Matthew Noble Is Charged With Larceny And Fraud After He
Allegedly Forged The Contract In 2005 That Supposedly Gave Him Permission To
Cut Lumber On Acres Owned By An Elderly Emmet County Man Who Was In A
Nursing Home And Unable To Sign A Contract.

     The Sheriff's Department Believes Noble Forged The Contract, Took It To
A Timber Company And Was Given 200-Thousand Dollars For The Victim's Lumber.

     The Owners Did Not Discover The Missing Timber Until Their Father's
Death.

     More Suspects Are Expected To Be Charged In The Fraud.
