He went on to the retail sales field. Eventually his interest in current affairs led him down the path of news reporting. He also served in "Public Service" before returning to the WATZ newsroom.

When not working on news, Bruce maintains a number of the stations computers, web page development and a host of other "technical stuff" as evidenced by the photo.
